According to our assessment, if we can educate students in such a way that they not only have core-engineering knowledge but also some aspects of computer science knowledge, then during placement, prospective employers can avail both kinds of expertise and knowledge from one hired employee. This will lead to the reduction of costing in various aspects. Given that miniaturization and automation comprise a strong blend, this will facilitate placement in various MNCs and organisations that harness the knowledge of both the domains. Hence plenty of jobs are expected to be on offer which will further motivate the students to pursue this course.
