Future Outcome

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of each of the functional fields in the BBA / MBA program and their interrelationships within organizations. Students should be able to conceptualize, organize, and resolve complex business problems or issues by using the resources available under their discretion.
2. Encourage critical and creative thinking within a global business context. Students should be able to apply the perspective of their chosen specialisation to develop fully-reasoned opinions on such contemporary issues as the need for innovation, integrity, leading and managing change.
3. Prepare students with both entrepreneurial, as well as, organization leadership skills.
4. Develop effective communication skills as business leaders, Students should be able to demonstrate the ability to listen and to read attentively, and to express ideas with clarity in both oral and written communications.
5. Instill a heightened sense of ethical considerations in decision-making .

Develop the ability to work within teams as both leaders and followers, Students should be able to determine the effectiveness with which goals are defined and achieved in team environments, to assess the contributions made by themselves as well as by their peers within those environments, and to identify and resolve conflicts.
7. Understand the impact of new developments in technology, Information and data science and relate these to the workplace Students should have analytical skills applying business analysis, data management and diagnostic problem-solving skills in order to support management decision-making.
