In the closing decades of the 20th century, many believed that the performing arts would gradually become obsolete, thanks to the rise of the Television and also of the early Internet. Critics believed that gradually, the performing arts world would become unfashionable and hence discarded by society. Despite these prophecies of doom, performing arts have not diminished as expected, and instead are continuing to attract new talent and expertise. The Department of Performing Arts at Techno India University focuses on research and critical understanding of performance as dance, theatre and music, within their many interwoven worlds. The program is dynamic & includes both Eastern and Western forms through historical fields and traditions. Through these courses, students would be introduced to the pedagogy of ‘performance’ which would explore the composite ways in which performances interrelate with and create diverse forms of social practices, thereby facilitating the assimilation of society in significant ways.

Step 4: Confirmation of appearing in examination will be sent via email or sms after filling up form. A unique application id will be generated. Candidate is required to appear for entrance examination with the id.
Step 5: Final Admission and Registration with payment of requisite fees.
