Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering greets you heartily. Established as one of the major departments of the institute, since its inception in 2013, the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is involved assiduously in teaching and research. With advanced laboratory, modern ICT techniques in teaching processes and excellent members of faculty, the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering offers one undergraduate and one postgraduate programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Communication Engineering respectively.
We have established a state-of-the-art radio astronomy lab with the help of NASA funded project in satellite communication systems.
The department has several research areas in electron devices, signal processing, antennas and propagation and wireless communication. The department has doctoral programmes in the above mentioned areas.
